After they wrapped up the North American TRL tour, Destiny’s Child decided to take their latest album, Survivor, on tour one final time. But, this time … overseas! The Destiny’s Child World Tour was a phenominal tour with a smoking hot setlist. The show opened up with Independent Women, and from then on … nothing but the hits! Songs like No No No, Bug A Boo, and even Get on the Bus were performed! Like any stage set Destiny’s Child has had, it was pretty simple but sweet all at the same time. It featured 3 large screens serving as a backdrop and 3 stairwells (each separated by different band instruments). And during Beyonce’s solo (Dangerously In Love), a section of one of the stairwells moved forward. Beyonce wasn’t the only memeber who had her solo time on stage. This tour was done right after the announcement of Destiny’s Child temporarily separating to do solo projects. Michelle sang "Do You Know," which was the first single off of her solo album. Kelly and Beyonce hadn’t release their solo albums at the time, but Kelly did sing "Ooh Child" (a favorite song of hers). After their solo sets, they rejoined each other and sang a gospel medley. And ironically after that, Bootylicious was performed. This was possibly the most exciting and energy-filled song that was performed. The show closed out with Happy Face as the girls brought a special group of fans onstage to dance with them as balloons with smiley faces fell from the arena ceiling.
