Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles were spotted dancing to each other’s songs at the rapper’s album preview party in New York. Jay-Z had met up with music moguls Quincy Jones, Russell Simmons and L.A. Reid at New York’s Wakiya restaurant, before he was joined at exclusive club Marquee by girlfriend Beyoncé.And after taking his place in the DJ box to play his new single ‘Blue Magic’ - taken from his upcoming album ‘American Gangster’ - the pair danced together and sang along to each other’s songs. One clubber said: “They were so cute at the club. They were dancing close together and singing each other’s songs the whole night.”

Jay-Z - who was recently named the second highest earning musician worldwide by Forbes magazine - also revealed he is planning to launch his own sports arena in New Jersey.

 As information begins to leak out about the clubs and restaurants that will populate the next great Las Vegas resort, Palazzo, word comes that rapper Jay-Z and his girlfriend, Beyoncé, will open and operate a $20 million “party lair” called the 40/40 Club. The venue will be a 24,000-square-foot, sports-themed restaurant featuring, among other things, 85 plasma-screen TVs, five bars, and (they claim) 24-karat gold and platinum flooring. The 40/40 Club is due to open in December along with the rest of the resort.

A live DVD of Beyonce’s summer tour, the Beyonce Experience, will arrive in stores Nov. 27 from Columbia. The footage captures a performance at Los Angeles’ Staples Center and includes guest appearances from Jay-Z on “Upgrade You” and former Destiny’s Child mates Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland on “Survivor.”

Gucci and Emporio Armani were yesterday banking on it when they launched their new respective fragrances before their spring-summer catwalk shows as part of Milan Fashion Week. Each house projected its new fragrance campaign films on massive screens above the catwalks moments before models strutted down them. Gucci by Gucci - nothing like saying it twice to drive the point home - is the first new perfume launched during the reign of the house’s design director, Frida Giannini.

Directed by David Lynch, the film was a short essay on desirability, with three of the current crop of new international models clad in gold dresses dreamily emoting to Blondie’s Heart of Glass. At Emporio Armani, the new Diamonds fragrance was launched with a black-and-white film featuring a sparkly Beyonce belting out an upbeat version of the Marilyn Monroe classic Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend.

The much anticipated concert by bootylicious Beyonce Knowles in November has been called off.   It is learnt that the concert, which would have been the first by the sexy R&B singer in Malaysia, will not go on as planned, as many organisations are against it.

Pineapple Concert chairman Razlan Razali refused to comment but said that a statement would be issued today. The Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage said it was unaware of the status of Beyonce’s concert. “We have not received any application from the organisers for her performance, so we don’t know what is the present status of the concert,” said Central Committee for Filming and Performance by Foreign Artiste (Puspal) chief assistant secretary Siti Zaleha Baba.

However, in the last few weeks, rumours had been rife that the concert was called off as Beyonce had apparently refused to adhere to the government’s dress code. Beyonce is not the first international artist to have been told to abide by the dress code. Earlier last month, pop star Gwen Stefani was also asked to tone down her dressing. Despite initial protests from some groups, Stefani’s concert went on and the singer performed wearing leotards and less revealing outfits.

Hey guys.  I’m sure a lot of you have heard this by now, and I WAS trying to post this a few days ago, but the site wasn’t working for me.  Was anyone else having this problem?

Anyway, this is the remix of a track that’s been getting a lot of urban radio play and going to be on the re-release of Justin’s FutureSex/LoveSound album.  No official word on whether this will be an official track or just a buzz track, but from what I’ve been hearing it could possibly be the one they release, not just a remix (which could also lead to a video?).  I’ll keep you posted on that front, but back to the actual track.  Kinda feel bad for the guy.  Beyonce killed the dude on his own track lol.  Take a listen and tell us what you think.

She’s been spotted out on the party scene, here at the Sean Jean ‘Unforgivable Women’ fragrance launch event, wearing her new wavy tresses, cascading down her back. This new color is a rich, very dark brown tone with hues of brunette highlights. Check out other photos of Ms. Beyonce at the GQ 50th Anniversary Party. She looks mysterious and sexier than ever before with this new color and style. Apparently, Ms. Knowles can pull off any hue of color and still look fabulous. Some might say she’s a little over-exposed. But, just when you think it might really be true… ‘B’ re-invents herself.

Atlanta, GA — Singer and actress Beyonce is set to perform in Seoul South Korea on November 9 and 10 as part of her new world tour to promote her latest album ‘B’ Day’.

Beyonce ticket information for the Seoul performance has yet to be announced. In addition to her show in Seoul, Beyonce will also hold concerts in Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia. B’Day was released in September 2006. The album sold 541,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release, setting a new record for highest first week sales by a solo artist.

As an actress Beyonce has appeared in films such as ‘The Fighting Temptations’, Austin Powers in Goldmember and Dreamgirls featuring Academy Award winning Jennifer Hudson, Eddie Murphy and Jamie Foxx.

The ‘Umbrella’ singer is also disgusted by circulating rumours that she is in a romantic relationship with her music mogul mentor Jay-Z, who is Knowles’ long-term boyfriend. Singer Rihanna slammed the reports that she is involved in a dispute with fellow R&B superstar Beyonce Knowles, insisting that she finds such rumours “annoying”.

The ‘Umbrella’ singer is also disgusted by circulating rumours that she is in a romantic relationship with her music mogul mentor Jay-Z, who is Knowles’ long-term boyfriend. She added that initially it was difficult to ignore such speculations but now she has understood not to give importance to them.

“It actually gets annoying sometimes. At first it was funny, because I was like, ‘This is insane.’ But it gets frustrating after awhile,” Contactmusic quoted Rihanna, as saying. “Now, I’m ignoring it, I’m getting better at doing that. But she (Knowles) is one of the sweetest women I’ve ever met.”
