Do you feel any of that applies to your situation? To me, although their layout is down now, from their picture it looks like they rebuilt the layout and color scheme, not just copied it.

And another thing, again not taking sides & asking this question seriously. You can respond here or e-mail me, either way, not trying to disrespect. But, ok, since your DISCLAIMER states “All video, audio, photos, and other downloadable media are copyrighted by the respective copyright holders and are reproduced here without prior permission. No copyright infringement whatsoever is intended” isn’t it hypocritical to reproduce someone else’s content (in some cases that they spent millions of dollars on) without their permission and then get mad cuz someone took something that you made for less than $2k (obviously I’m assuming a cost for a graphics program & a cost for a web editing program)? I mean, if they just put a blurb on their site and said “no copyright infringement is intended” wouldn’t they be doing exactly the same thing you’re doing? In the cases of photos, you put your tag on those images, there’s no credit to the photographer at all. Also, you’re making money (google adsense, etc) from these people’s works whereas, as far as I can tell from the picture (since they took the layout down), they didn’t have any ads on their page. I mean - and I’m African-American so don’t assume I’m being racist for saying this - aren’t you effectively the pot calling the kettle black?
