I just got word that they announced today on TRL that Beyonce will be dropping by this Wednesday to talk about the re-release of B’Day and to premiere the video for Beautiful Liar! If you won’t be able to catch it, make sure you drop by here to download the videos!

Oops, another oversight! Apparantly I didn’t upload the photos from last weekend’s 2007 NBA All-Star game, but here they are! 2007 NBA All-Star Game Audience Candids
Jennifer Hudson and Beyonce Knowles took the Oscar stage Friday to rehearse a dance rendition of three nominated songs from Dreamgirls. The production number is complicated by the fact that their duet means they’re sometimes singing different parts than they did in the movie. Though there has been much speculation about diva-style jealousy between the two, particularly after Hudson received a supporting actress nomination, the pair seemed overly generous with each other as they divvied up lines onstage.
Occasionally during the first few run-throughs, they stepped on each other’s lines in the song Love You I Do, which involves male dancers swirling around them pretending to play trumpets and saxophones. It only took a few tries to smooth out the kinks.
The glam-factor was low for rehearsals. Hudson wore a pink T-shirt with a cartoon of Martha Stewart that read “Martha is My Homeboy,” and Knowles was in a jacket and jeans. Knowles came on wearing five-inch pumps, similar to the shoes that she’d sport on Sunday, while Hudson started out in gold slippers. But after two tries, Hudson decided to practice in her high heels, too. Dreamgirls director Bill Condon staged the dance performances, which include the songs Listen and the heartfelt Patience. Though Eddie Murphy sings it in the movie, he is apparently not involved in the telecast performance. The duties for that number go to his co-stars Anika Noni Rose and Keith Robinson, who sang parts of it in the movie but take it all on for the broadcast, with Knowles and Hudson coming in for the big finish and a final Dreamgirls pose.

Another new HOT song from the B’Day re-release (due out April 3), this time a Spanish track titled Amor Gitano and featuring Spanishs singer Alejandro Fernandez. Best Original Song
Dreamgirls holds three of the five slots, leading some to predict a split. But the only two triple nominees (Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King) won, so expect the Beyoncé-sung signature tune, ”Listen,” to hit the high note.
Best Art Direction
A tough call: Pan’s Labyrinth created a striking new world on a relatively low budget, but we’re guessing Dreamgirls‘ eye-popping stage sequences and meticulous ’60s re-creations will take the prize.
Best Sound Mixing
Music-oriented films do well in this category (Chicago and Ray won, though Walk the Line did not), so stay tuned for a Dreamgirls win.

Academy Awards producer Laura Ziskin announced just this morning that Beyoncé, Melissa Etheridge, Jennifer Hudson, Randy Newman, Keith Robinson, Anika Noni Rose and James Taylor are set to perform this year’s Oscar-nominated songs. I’m told the Dreamgirls number—a medley of all three of its nominated songs rather than separate performances for each—is being directed by the movie’s director, Bill Condon. I hear Jamie Foxx may join them onstage. I don’t want to spoil anything for you, but make sure you don’t miss it. I’m told the end is, let’s just say, heavenly. In other Oscar music news, Will Ferrell and Jack Black are not only presenting at the Oscars on Sunday, they’re performing an original comedic song that should leave you laughing. John C. Reilly was recently added to the group as well.

Sultry hip-swinger Shakira reckons Beyonce’s Spanish accent is as fantabulous as the woman herself. The pair hooked up to record a new track called ‘Beautiful Liar’ for Bey’s re-released ‘B’Day’ album -which will also include six Spanish language tunes. Shak told MTV, “(Beyonce) has a very good accent when she sings in Spanish and I think anything that she wants to do she will do just fine, because she is a very determined and focused woman and that is something to admire. She is a great artist.”
She added, “I am very happy and very excited about (working with Bey). I have just finished shooting a video with her. It was a fantastic experience to work with her, to get to know her as the great artist that she is. ”She is an amazing performer and also a sweet person and a very nice human being and I am so thrilled and thankful for her invitation. It was her idea to make me a part of her album and it has been wonderful.” We take it things went well then… Beyonce’s double disc, revamped versh of ‘B’Day’ will hit the shelves at the beginning of April.
