A new No. 1 this graces the U.S. album charts this week as the ‘Dreamgirls’ soundtrack - headed by Beyonce - rises to spots to the top slot. In a remarkably quiet week for new releases, AKon’s “Konvicted” holds the NO. 2 spot for a second week, while Daughtry’s self-titled debut moves back up to three, from No. 11. Justin Timberlake’s “Futuresex/Lovesounds” is up to four, and the “NOW That’s What I Call Music 23″ soundtrack is at five.

At this week’s No. 6 is the “Hannah Montana” soundtrack, Young Jeezy’s “The Inspiration” drops to seven, Nas’ “Hip-Hop Is Dead” is down to eight, The Beatles’ “Love” moves back up to nine and last week’s No. 1 - Omarion’s “21″ falls to ten. Carly Simon’s covers album “Into White” is the top new entry at 15.
