No boos this time for Beyonce as she returns for Armani show
Pop diva Beyonce dazzled at the Armani show for London Fashion Week after failing to show for the MOBO awards the night before. The singer, posed for photographs on the red carpet wearing a sequinned gown which showed off her curvaceous figure.
Beyonce was criticised earlier in the week for snubbing the MOBO awards held at the Royal Albert Hall despite winning three separate awards including Best International Female. She did not even video an acceptance speech and as her third award was read out the audience booed. Critics said she was avoiding former Destiny’s Child bandmate LeToya who left in 1999 and new singing sensation Rhianna. (Yeah right!! - Jason)
But she returned to London on Thursday to join a catalogue of A-lister celebrities who turned up to show support for the Italian designer at the Earls Court exhibition centre in west London. Rapper 50 Cent was among the favoured guests as was US actor and heart-throb Leonardo di Caprio. Supermodel Elle MacPherson was also in attendance showing why she is still named The Body aged 42, was Chelsea’s new 30m star striker Andriy Shevchenko.
Some of the celebrities leapt up from their blue leather couches and were spotted dancing when Beyonce played her big hit Crazy in Love.
