Apparantly, Dreamgirls was a big hit at this year’s Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France. Beyonce, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Hudson, and other starring actors in the movie attended the 20-minute sneak preview at the Martinez Hotel.
