Kelly Rowland has employed the talents of Beyonce Knowles’ little sister on her new solo album. The former Destiny’s Child singer is hoping that Solange Knowles will help add to the album. Rowland has also recruited song writer Sean Garrett to help her with her new album. According to Contact Music she said: “It has been a very personal album for me. It has been one of the best experiences of my life. It’s a look into the past two years, going through different relationships, love and growing as a woman. It’s a soul-searching record. It’s really beautiful.”

If you missed out on the 2005 Kennedy Center Honors, then you missed Beyonce paying tribute to the queen of rock herself, Tina Turner!! Beyonce performed Proud Mary, best known as Rolling On The River in front of Ms Turner and thousands of other people and honorees. “The Kennedy Center Honors” writer-producer George Stevens Jr. enjoys springing surprises on the audience — as in this year’s “Proud Mary” performance by Beyonce, complete with Tina Turner-style jiggling body. “We don’t tell anybody what we’re doing. We don’t publicize it. We don’t give a program out, so people don’t know who is going to appear on the stage and they can feel that rush of excitement,” notes Stevens, who has been godfathering the annual rite for 28 years. Washington is a city terribly good at keeping secrets. I think if Bob Woodward had put himself to it, he would have discovered Beyonce was going to be on the show,” Stevens adds with a laugh. “But he wouldn’t have told anyone.”
Beyonce may have a little problem brewing in regards to getting her man Jay-Z to the altar. If Jay-Z has 99 problems, then one can only determine that commitment is one of ‘em. Supposedly, Jay has issues with getting too close to women when it comes to relationships. [Imagine that..] It all stems from when his father split on him and his mom more than two decades ago. In an interview with Rolling Stones Magazine Jay-Z let it all hang out. Hov said, “I became more guarded. I never wanted to be attached to something and get that taken away again. And it affects my relationships with women. ‘Cause even when I was with women I wasn’t really with them.”

Beyonce Knowles is so proud of her new perfume that she is giving it away to her loved ones this Christmas. All of the women in the singer’s family will be receiving a bottle of her latest product, True Star Gold by Tommy Hilfiger. “My cousins, my aunts, they’re all getting a bottle,” Beyonce is quoted by the Daily Star as saying. “It suits all people. It’s a floral oriental fragrance, with a beautiful blend of honeysuckle and wheat grains that’s fun and alluring.”

Once again, Beyonce’ Knowles plans to spend the holidays chowing down. Knowles says her mother is the best cook and she’s looking forward to Christmas because of the food. She says she’s been watching her weight leading up to this weekend because she’ll probably gain five pounds. She says she’s eating her mother’s food for a week after Christmas. It seems whenever someone asks Knowles how she’s going to spend a holiday, she mentions eating. It’s not all about food, though. Knowles says she’s got a nephew who’s one year old and she likes the idea of a baby around at Christmas.

Because Beyonce was the surprise guest on BET’s 106 & Park, I had no idea that she would be on the show. She dropped by the popular urban countdown show to premiere her new video for Check On It and to promote her new fasion line, House of Dereon. She announced that there will be a men’s line coming out very soon, and she will begin her vacationing next week (after Christmas). On yesterday’s edition of MTV Total Request Live, Beyonce called in to the popular countdown show to check in and tell them what’s going on in her life at the moment. She talked about a vacation, working on Dreamgirls, and what’s she’s going to do for Christmas. She also introduced her new video, Check On It. Check out the RealMedia file below.

Rap producer and stylist Pharrell Williams’ A Bathing Ape (bape) clothing company has designed a special pair of high-heeled sneakers for Beyonce Knowles’ new Pink Panther video. The former Destiny’s Child star is a big fan of the footwear and asked if she could have a stylish pink shoe to go with her urban look in the new promo, Check It Out. She says, “These shoes are actually Bapes and we got them specially made; these are the only high-heeled Bapes.” The stylish singer/actress had a blast from the past while making the new video - she has her hair in cornrows. She explains, “I’m taking you back to when I first came out in ‘98 and this is really when I braided my hair.”

According to MTV.com, Beyonce will make an appearance on Total Request Live tomorrow to debut her brand new video, Check On It!! I’m not sure if she’s going to call in, or physically be in the studio, but either way, I will be capping and posting for you all to see. TRL airs at 5 PM ET. REGARDING THE ZIP ARCHIVES: I noticed a few people had problems unzipping the archives. I actually test downloaded both files and had no problems unzipping them. Maybe you should look up some tutorials on how to unzip ZIP archives? I will see if I can find some and post them here. The reason I zip files is because uploading straight media files are very risky. I tried to implement the Right-Click & Save Target As rule, but most people didn’t follow it; they ended up streaming the file anyway. The purpose is to DOWNLOAD AND VIEW ON YOUR COMPUTER and NOT STREAM ON THIS SERVER. So the zips for files over 15 - 20 MB are permanent, so we won’t have any more server issues. I apologize for the inconvenience.
